Carrot, raisin, and pineapple salad

Here's a very quick recipe for a carrot salad. This recipe will make four small servings.

Mix in a bowl:
2 cups shredded carrots (about 2-3 large carrots)
2/3 cups raisins
1 cup 1/2" cubes of pineapple
splash of lemon juice
1/4 cup salad dressing (ranch, mayonnaise, maybe sour cream)
