Beef and bean burrito

I like to cook ground beef with onions and garlic, and add salt, pepper, lots of chili powder, cayenne, a tiny bit of basil and oregano. I heat canned refried beans separately, and then cook the tortilla by splashing it with a little water, putting it on a plate, and microwaving for 20 seconds. I put the beans, meat, shredded cheese, and some raw chopped onions on the tortilla and roll it up. The hot beans and meat will melt the cheese.
