Cous cous and stir-fried vegetables

Here's another good vegetarian dinner that I improvised. The veggies are: Onion, baby bok choi and red bell peppers. I stir-fried these with oil, minced garlic, black vinegar and soy sauce. Very simple, but it's tasty! When you want to make dinner quickly, the cous cous is a good choice because it is pre-cooked when you buy it at the store.
