Salisbury Steak

I cooked the beef in a frying pan, but did not put it into the oven. I simply turned each piece in the pan, and continued cooking until they were done. I poured the gravy over the steaks after they were done cooking and transferred to my plate.

I've never bought "condensed" beef broth, so I used a normal 14oz can of regular beef broth, and boiled the gravy for a while to make it thick enough.
