Barbequed Oysters
Very easy to make, just place fresh oysters on the grill, directly over heat. In about 5 to 7 minutes, at least one or two oysters should open. Take them all off the heat, and pry open the ones that haven’t opened already. Mix oyster meat with warm butter and lemon juice, or warm BBQ sauce, or anything else. I paid $0.60 per oyster at the Mountain View Asian market.
