Bourbon chicken with rice and veggies

I made this with one chicken breast, and had just the right amount of sauce. If making 4 servings (as the recipe suggests), I'd double the sauce ingredient quantities. I might also cut back on the sugar a little bit. I also added bourbon since this is "bourbon chicken" after all. It tastes just like American-style Chinese food.
