olive oil
lemon juice
soy sauce
minced garlic clove
minced onion or onion powder
thyme
tiny dash of cayenne and/or black pepper
Stab the chicken a few times to let the marinade soak into the meat. Marinate for an hour, then cook on the George Foreman.
